1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 1 business day of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders, and products damaged due to customer mishandling, are not eligible for return.
